Feature 01 — Systems for how the work actually moves
Amie D. Bakare, Founder

Design better systems

for how your business actually works.

We help growing service businesses simplify messy workflows, strengthen the customer experience, and use AI and automation where they genuinely make the business run better.

Less friction. Less remembering. More room for the work that actually needs you.

Talk Through What’s Not Working See how we work ↓

Most businesses weren’t designed. They grew.

One tool at a time. One workaround at a time. One process held together by someone’s memory, an inbox, a group chat, or a spreadsheet that somehow became mission-critical.

Eventually, “the way we do it” becomes the system.

We help you step back, see the whole thing clearly, and redesign the way the work moves — intentionally.

The short version

Your business doesn’t need more software. It needs a better system.

Better systems should produce better outcomes.

Bintumani Boutique system map
Bintumani Boutique

From scattered DMs to one system that holds the order.

Bintumani Boutique was taking custom orders across Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, and other manual touchpoints. The process worked — until volume made it difficult to keep everything visible, consistent, and reliable.

We redesigned the workflow around structured intake, a Shopify storefront, a centralized operating hub, and connected automation.

The value wasn’t “more technology.” It was knowing exactly where every order lived and trusting the system to hold it.

When the work feels heavier than it should, there’s usually a system underneath it.

We look for the places where time, customers, and capacity are quietly leaking out of the business.

01

Manual follow-up

When your team has to remember who needs the next email, reminder, call, or appointment.

02

Messy intake

When information arrives through too many places and someone still has to piece it together manually.

03

Customer drop-off

When people are finding you, but not smoothly moving from interested to booked, onboarded, served, or retained.

04

Internal handoffs

When work gets lost between people, tools, departments, or “I thought you were handling that.”

05

Recurring admin

When smart people are spending too much time copying, chasing, updating, reconciling, and repeating.

06

Disconnected tools

When your software works individually, but your business still doesn’t feel connected.

The goal isn’t automation for automation’s sake. The goal is a business that feels easier to operate and more consistent to experience.

One philosophy. Three ways we apply it.

We design the system first. Technology comes after.

Products & Experiences

Design Better Experiences

Customer journeys, service design, digital products, and operational experiences for businesses where people are falling out somewhere between finding you and staying with you.

We look at the entire journey — not just the screen, form, email, or touchpoint in isolation.

Because your customer experiences your business as one connected system, even when your internal tools do not.

Design Better Touchpoints

Selective brand, communication, and physical-experience work when those elements directly affect how the system feels to the person using it.

We don’t separate the intake form from the follow-up email, the client-facing materials, or the room the experience happens in when they are all part of the same journey.

We use this discipline when it supports the system — not simply because something could be redesigned.

We don’t start with software. We start with how the business should work, how the experience should feel, and what needs to become easier. Then we design the system that can hold it.

We don’t automate broken workflows.

Most firms start with a tool.

We start with the business.

We look at how information moves, where decisions happen, what customers experience, what your team repeats, and where things rely too heavily on someone remembering what comes next.

Then we decide what should stay human, what should become clearer, and what technology can handle quietly in the background.

Technology comes last. Intention comes first.

Listen. Design. Automate.

01

Listen

We start with the human problem — what feels heavy, slow, repetitive, unclear, or harder than it should be.

We ask until we understand the whole picture, not just the corner you called about.

02

Design

We map how the work moves today, identify where the friction lives, and design the simplest better version.

Before we add technology, we make sure the process itself makes sense.

03

Automate

Technology comes last.

We use AI, automation, and integrations only where they create meaningful leverage. We document what we build and leave your team in control.

No unnecessary complexity. No AI for show. Just better systems.

Start with the problem. Scale from there.

Systems thinking, without losing the human experience.

SparkSynergy was founded by Amie D. Bakare, a product and systems leader who has spent her career turning complex business problems into clearer products, workflows, and operating models.

Her work sits at the intersection of product strategy, AI, automation, user experience, and business operations.

SparkSynergy brings that same product discipline to growing businesses: understand the real problem, design the right system, and only then decide what technology belongs in it.

Because the best system isn’t the most complicated one. It’s the one people can actually use, trust, and sustain.

What feels heavier than it should right now?

Bring us one workflow, customer experience, or operational problem that isn’t working the way you want it to.

We’ll talk through what’s happening today, where the friction may actually live, and whether there’s something worth redesigning.

No pitch. No jargon. No obligation to build anything.
